Polymer clay earrings
My earrings are made from polymer clay; although they are strong they also need to be handled with care. Please be careful when removing them from the card and from your ears.
All earrings are handmade so there may be slight imperfections. I try my best to eliminate any marks however since they are handmade it is impossible to make them blemish-free. Patterns and colours may slightly vary from the photos attached.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the product I am unable to accept returns. But if your earrings have arrived faulty or have broken within the first 6 months of purchase, please get in contact and I can resolve this.
Do you charge VAT?
VAT is included in the price of all earrings
How can I care of my earrings?
Not recommended for wear during showering/bathing/swimming and avoid contact with oil-based liquids
Wipe clean using a damp cloth.
If your earrings include metal studs, hoops or hooks please store them in an airtight bag or container, to avoid oxidation.
For earrings which include brass metal, you can keep the metal looking shiny by rubbing vinegar or lemon juice on the brass.
Can you make custom orders?
Yes, if you would like a customer order, please get in touch so we can discuss your design idea. Custom orders usually cost £3 more than the standard price of the pair of earrings, but this can vary depending on your requirements.
What packaging will my order arrive in?
All orders are shipped in large letter kraft boxes
All earrings arrive on a branded earring card, wrapped in tissue paper with a Kismet Klay sticker to seal. All stud earrings come with rubber earring backs. I use rubber earring backs as they are softer on the earring stud and easier to remove.

Gifting
If you have ordered for a gift for someone you can add a gift message at check out. This will be hand written into a card. This means you can order your Kistmet Klays and they will be posted directly to the recipient.
